Detailed Description Surf Camp

The recent construction of the Spain Surf Holidays hotel is designed not only to meet the current high standards but is also designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible with the facilities and care. Spain Surf Holidays also features 24 hour reception, TV, elevator, AC throughout the hotel and a WIFI zone. There is a comfortable lounge with large windows and a big TV where you can relax in a friendly atmosphere. The cafe is spacious with windows overlooking the pool. In addition, parking is free for hotel guests. Spain Surf Holidays is a perfect school to learn surfing because of its beautiful location, comfort, reliability and security for their students. Classes are held in small groups in order to ensure the quality of teaching. In addition, the school has several instructors with extensive professional experience in surfing and certified by the FES (Spanish Surf Federation) or by the FCS (Cantabrian Surfing Federation). Instructors are also certified in first aid and water rescue, so all surfing students are safe in the water. Instructors also are very knowledge of the different sea conditions, direction of winds, tides and more.

All surfing students are covered by medical insurance and liability insurance.

Surrounding Area

The beaches of Loredo and Somo are a paradise for surfing, attracting surfers of all levels from across the globe. Due to the location of the beach, the surf spots witness a constant swell over 365 days a year. The climate is mild throughout the year. You can also enjoy trekking along routes on the cliff area or a simple stroll along the extensive beaches also is wonderful.

Also, if you want to visit the city of Santander, there is a ferry that takes you from the town pier to downtown. You will enjoy the shopping, bars, restaurants and more! About 15 kilometers from the hotel is the nature park of Cabárceno, which is home to animals representing all the continents. Finally, about 40 kilometers from the hotel is the Museo de Altamira.

you can find low cost flights from major European cities to Santander. Once you get to the airport, train or bus station in Santander, Spain Surf Holidays will help in your transfer to accommodation. If instead you prefer to rent a car, follow this route:

Head west on Airport Road until you reach the second roundabout
Take the second exit (S-10/Solares/Bilbao)
At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto S-10 towards Solar/Bilbao
Merge onto the highway S-10/S-10
Continue along the A-8
Take exit 202 to merge onto CA-145 in the direction Pedreña
At the roundabout, take the first exit (Corrales/CA-141 Quarter) and continues onto CA-141
Turn right into the neighborhood Huyo/CA-141 Somo
Turn left at Barrio del Ribero
Turn right into the neighborhood Huyo/CA-141 Somo.
Continue to follow CA-141
At the roundabout, take the third exit onto CA-440
Turn left into the neighborhood Montemazo
Continue until you reach C/Below 11, Loredo, Ribamontan the Sea
